About Me

Who is Dimitar Chakarov?

I was born in the late 1984 in the city of Pleven - a city that I still hold dear to my heart.

I went through an intensive education with a tourism profile:

  • Initially at the Proffesional Tourism High School in the city of Pleven where I had intensive tourism-orientated education and I obtained an additional degree of tourism-profiled proffesional qualification.
  • Following up on my proffesional education I graduated the Tourism College in the city of Varna where I mastered my already high skills in tourism and added new, even broader knowledge and skills in the tourism industry.

    • Currently I am a long-term resident of the city of Varna with a vast experience in the tourism industry behind me.

    My professional career in the tourism began in 2005 in a tour operator company - "DM Travel" Ltd.

    I am still employed in the tourism industry - currently as a Product Manager of tour operator company "Club Magellan" Ltd. in the city of Varna.

    My personal interests in their majority are the same as my professional ones - this fact I consider as a very big personal positive having in mind that nowadays it is very rare for a person to realize a career in the same industy as the one of a person's own education. The fact that I did that makes me both proud of myself and eager to continue forth in the tourism business, further improving on my skills with every passing day.
